The Master Plans of the Cities of Akhaltsikhe and Ozurgeti

In February 2025, the Sustainable Urban Development Agency (SUDA) announced a tender for the preparation of the Master Plans for the Cities of Akhaltsikhe and Ozurgeti. The proposal submitted by the consortium of BAU Design, CITYFORESTER, and BCI was selected as the winning bid.

The preparation of the Master Plans for the Cities of Akhaltsikhe and Ozurgeti will be carried out within the framework of the Livable Cities Investment Program (LCIP) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Project implementation is scheduled to commence on 17 November 2025 and will be completed by the end of December 2026.
