Dusheti City General Plan

The “BAU Design” team is developing the master plan for the city of Dusheti.

On March 18, 2024, “BAU Design” won the competition announced by the Dusheti Municipality. On May 20 of the same year, an agreement was signed between “BAU Design” and the Dusheti Municipality.

The design works should be completed by the end of April 2025.

Along with the “BAU Design” team, two companies (STS; Colliers Georgia) and 22 experts (Misha Baliashvili, Tamar Amashukeli, Tatia Ghvineria, Maia Mania, Shorena Chokhonelidze, Nino Mateshvili, George Andghuladze, George Abashidze, George Marshanishvili, Liana Shashikadze, Kakhaber Bakhtadze, Elizbar Elizbarishvili, Irakli Kobulia, Zura Chkonia, George Guliashvili, Elisabed Archvadze, George Gambashidze, Tinatin Kukhashvili, Nino Eragia, Eka Gamkrelidze, Nika Gurashvili) are involved in the project.
